Smiley's Strong Parkinson's Boxing Circuit
It is official! The Parkinson's Support Group of Orange Park with the generous sponsorship of Smiley Academy of Martial Arts have formed the "Smiley's Strong Parkinson's Boxing Circuit".
Boxing is a highly recommended physical exercise to slow down the progression of Parkinson's and an effective way to turn pain into power.
Open house will be on April 27, 2PM at Smiley's Academy of Martial Arts, 1540 Wells Road, Orange Park. Everyone is invited.
All classes will be held Sunday, 2PM with the first class on May 04.

Our spring bingo was a big hit! We had 65 attendees and everyone had a good time and we had awesome prizes for every game. And what a coincidence that last year's winner of our 50/50 raffle was again this year's winner: Katherine Donaldson of Mandarin!
